The most northerly of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles, Anguilla is an island known for the flash and glamour of many of its resorts. Rendezvous Bay Hotel & Villas may not have all that flash and glamour, but it lacks in that department, the hotel makes up for its location and fantastic rates (starts at $130 while villa costs $275). This Caribbean travel resort hotel is located on two miles of white sand beach in Anguilla. The resort has been recently renovated, offering white tile floors and simple rattan furnishings, and is divided among a dozen low-rise buildings.

Hotel amenities include snorkeling, tennis, gourmet dining at Cedar Grove Restaurant on a breezy verandah or just sit oceanfront, and nearby Smokey's on the beach at Cove Bay. The hotel has complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, complimentary beach towels, two sunfish sailboats, three sea kayaks, a live coral reef, an art gallery, a boutique, a game room (with billiards and table tennis), and a conference room with giant TV and audio visual equipment. Next to the beach, there is a large palm grove for picnics. Services include room service, valet laundry service, in-room body and beauty treatments, and daily ice and mineral water replenishment.

All rooms have ceiling fans, Internet access, refrigerators, coffeemakers, hairdryers, clock radios and private porches or balconies. TV's and VCRs are available on request for use in the bedrooms.

Honeymoon Favorite – Antigua

Located just south of another popular Caribbean travel destination of Barbuda, Antigua markets itself as a luxury Caribbean travel escape. Its many hotels and resorts located around the coastline are all favorites when it comes to honeymooning while on a Caribbean travel.

Bermuda

An isolated paradise, Bermuda sits right in the middle of the great chasm – the Atlantic Ocean between North America and Europe. Couple that with a history of English settlement and you have an island that is as unique as its topography. This Caribbean island travel destination is spotlessly clean, quaint, orderly, and extraordinarily pretty. Think pink and green. Pink for the pastel shades that wash this 21-square mile island.
